Thinking about the important function of our eyes，we should give them the best care possibly, but sometimes we get too busy or forget to do a few simple things that can keep our eyes healthy.

Protecting your eyes starts with the food on your plate. Remember when you were a kid and your mom told you that carrots would improve your eyesight. Well，she might be right. Proper food will keep your eyes strong and healthy.
