【教材分析】
教材内容为鲁教版八年级下册第三单元。本单元以旅游为话题，本课时SectinA 的第一课时，以弗罗里达海滩、亚马逊丛林、夏威夷、墨西哥、尼亚加拉大瀑布等世界旅游胜地为背景，通过听、说、读等训练活动，让学生感知并运用wuld like t和hpe t谈论想去的地方。
【教学目标】
1. 学生能认读并正确使用tiring, thrilling, educatinal, peaceful，fascinating，turisty等描述性词语，以及take it easy, trek thrugh the jungle, smewhere + adj.等常用表达。
2. 学生能正确使用wuld like t，hpe t 引导的句型；在语境中感知理解where引导的定语从句的意义。
3. 通过听力和对话练习，学生能获取traveling主题下的信息，并且能谈论想去的地方及原因。
4.了解世界上的著名旅游胜地，如夏威夷、尼亚加拉大瀑布、巴黎等，了解世界地理及风土人情，热爱旅游，热爱生活。
【教学重点、难点】
1. 使用wuld like t句型和hpe t表示愿望句型谈论旅行目的地, 并阐述理由。
2. 夏威夷、尼亚加拉大瀑布等旅游地点的准确读法。
3. Where引导的定语从句在语境下的意义感知。
【教学过程】

【设计意图】本单元的话题为traveling，而且是以世界各地著名景点为背景，离我们的学生比较遥远。因此给学生播放了Alex Chacn 环游世界的精彩视频，引出了旅行的话题，同时导入到SectinA 的语境中。

【设计意图】
1.通过图片了解世界著名景点的名称，以及相关描述性形容词。
2.wuld like t d 句型是本节课的目标语言之一，在情景对话中不难理解它的意义，通过谈论图片进行简单的对话感知、理解。

【设计意图】
1. 听前谈论travel pster的信息，排除听力障碍。
2. 听后进行听力材料的跟读，练习语音语调，并在情景中理解wuld like t 句式，smewhere + adj.等语言结构的运用。
3. 读后进行对话练习，根据听力1b中的两个地点谈论自己的想去度假的地方，并简单阐述理由，巩固运用目标语言。
