S: When it is a general questin, “be” shuld be put in the first wrd f a sentence.
When it is negative, it shuld add “nt” behind “be”.

S: A psitive answer is “Yes, there is “r “Yes, there are.” A negative answer is “N, there isn't “, r “N, there aren't.”
