一、Warm-up
1.Play a game
Read quickly火眼金睛，学生快速读出出现的单词。
2. Revision
学生两人一组进行对话练习
A: What is on the wall?
B: There is a clock and a photo on the wall.
A: Where is the ball?
B: It is in front of the dog.
A Where is the water bottle?
B: It’s on the table.
A: Where is the bike?
B: It’s near the door.
3. Let’s learn
T出示图片问Where is the ball?引导学生回答It’s in front of the dog.
T出示图片问Where is the ball? 引导学生回答It’s beside the dog.学习单词beside在旁边(附近)。
同法学习behind, between, above
教师领读单词，学生跟读。
[设计意图]出示孩子们实际生活中常见的图片，能调动孩子们学习的积极性。
二、呈现新课(Presentation)
1. Let’s learn
A.教师出示图片，引导学生看图；
B. T领读单词与句子，学生跟读；
C.学生分小组分角色朗读；
D.学生小组上台表演对话，T对学生的表演给予表扬与肯定。
2. Pair work
学生两人一组，根据Let’s learn中的图片进行对话练习。如:
A: Where is the ball?
B: It’s in front of the dog./ It’s beside the dog./ It’s heind the dog./ It’s between the dogs./ It’s above the dog.
[设计意图]在句型操练活动中掌握本课重难点知识。
三、What’s missing
要求学生能快速说出消失的单词
[设计意图]设计这个环节主要是让学生巩固所学的新单词。
四、Look and read
教师出示图片，根据图片中物品或人物所在的位置说几句话。

There is a bike in front of the window.
There are lots of flowers in it.
There are grandparents under the tree.
There is a photo on the wall.
