play the video “What’s this?”,and let students guess what’s the topic today. (Justification:playing video can make students intuitively understand the topic,and know about what they will learn today.)
Review the words we learned last time,review how to describe things with a/an.
(1)Show the powerpoint ,ask students watch it and read it,let them how to describe things with a/an. (2)Teach students how to answer the question:What’s this in English. (3)Teach students how to make distinction between vowels and consonants,to distinction what’s time use a/an. (Justification:This step can make students use a/an correctly,and improve speaking ability.)
(1)Ask students to practice say:What’s this in English?It’s a/an .... (2)Ask students talking with their deskmates using the conversation which we practice. (Justification:The discussion and write letters can make students consolidate the new knowledge.)
