一、教学目标
1. 能够听懂、会说Lndn,Big Ben,the British Museum, Lndn Eye,Twer Bridge,Canada,the CN Twer, maple leaves, clck等单词和短语，并尝试借助拼读规律记忆。
2. 能使用之前学习过的句子Where d yu want t g this winter vacatin?和What d yu want t d there?操练本单元的主要词汇。
3. 能根据语境选择恰当的单词或短语填空。
二、教学重点:能够听懂、会说Lndn,Big Ben,the British Museum, Lndn Eye,Twer Bridge,Canada,the CN Twer, maple leaves, clck等单词和短语，并尝试借助拼读规律记忆.。
三、教学难点：能使用之前学习过的句子Where d yu want t g this winter vacatin?和What d yu want t d there?操练本单元的主要词汇。
四、教学过程
1.Lead-in
(1)出示中国地图，借助Where is ____?What’s it famus fr?等句型回顾一单元学习的知识。
(2)请同学们描述一个自己喜欢的城市。
2. Presentatin
(1)出示wrld map,介绍今天要学习的两个国家the UK, Canada.
(2)学习国家“the UK”,教学the UK,Lndn,Big Ben,the British Museum,Lndn Eye,Twer Bridge
①让学生观看the UK的视频，对the UK有个初步的印象。
②出示the UK的地图,让学生找到Lndn,明白Lndn is the capital f the UK. It is in the sutheast f the UK.
③借助What can yu d in the UK?这个句型，学习Big Ben, the British Museum, Lndn Eye, Twer Bridge这四个词汇。
④词语接龙
老师说出the UK,后面一名学生说出一个与之相关的单词或短语，再后面的同学接着再说。
(3)学习国家Canada,教学Canada,the CN Twer,maple leaves这三个新词汇
①观看有关Canada的视频
②出示Canada的图片，拼读Canada
③让学生在地图上找到Trnt,教读Trnt.能够表达出Trnt is the capital f Canada. It is in the sutheast f Canada.
④借助What can yu d in Canada?这个句型,学习the CN Twer, maple leaves
⑤词汇操练
教师以最快的速度闪现著名景点和图片等单词卡片，让学生说出单词或短语，看谁说的多
(4) Let’s talk.
①教师随机呈现本项的图片，请学生说出相应的英文，为进一步开展说的活动奠定语言基础。
②根据老师提供的模板，同桌相互介绍自己喜欢的国家。
