⑴. 打电话人接通电话后可说:Hell ! 接着说:This is sb. speaking.我是…… May I speak t sb.?能让……接电话吗? Is sb. in? ……在家吗? 但不能问:Wh are yu?
接电话人可说: Hell!Gd mrning/afternn/ evening. 紧接着将自己的电话号码或姓名告诉对方。如:(This is )123456. / This is Jim speaking.
⑵. 问对方是谁 : Wh's speaking(calling)? 你是谁? May I have yur name? 我能知道你的名字吗? Is that sb. (speaking)?是……吗?
不能说:Wh are yu ?
⑶代人接电话,最好说: What name shall I give? 请告知姓名,以便转告。 若要离开去叫人,可以跟对方说: Hld the line, please. 别挂断。(我就去找他/她 听电话。) Hld n fr a mment. 请等一会儿。 反之,若电话要找的人在身边,代接电话的人可说: It's fr yu.或Fr yu. (你的电话)。
