1. 能理解并体会特殊疑问句所用的语调,能和一般疑问句升调区分,并正确地读出来。
2. 能理解Cartn time部分的意思,并能配合此部分内容进行表达。
教学难点:
1. 在前两课时的基础上使用动词和副词将Cartn time故事的主要内容表达出来。
Teaching prcedures 教学过程:
Step 1 Warm up
1. The Speaking Shadw
T: Hell,bys and girls. We always have fun at English Classes. What d we usually d?
S: We sing sngs, watch mvies and act ut stries. ...
T: D yu like playing games?
S: Yes!
T: First let’s play a game. It’s called The Speaking Shadw. Please repeat what I say. (利用模仿老师说话的游戏,复习前课时的故事并感受不同的语音语调。)
T: Hell, everybdy. I'm Alex. D yu knw what I am? I'm a big cat. A cat? N. But we're frm the same family. Where d I live? In the frest. I'm the king f the frest. Wh is my friend? A muse! A muse? Yes, he is little, but he saved me. Really? But hw? He made a hle in the net with his sharp teeth. Well, that's my stry. S, what am I?
2. Students guess the answer f the game.
S: Yu are a lin.
Step 2 Intnatin
1. Read and chse the right intnatin.
Shw them "Wh-questins" frm the game. Then let students guess the intnatin.
T: D yu remember the intnatin that I used t ask? Was it falling intnatin r rising intnatin? Try t read them and tell me the right intnatin.
(回忆游戏中模仿过的几个问题,试着体会一下所用的语调。)
2. Watch the cartn abut intnatin.
T: Lk at these questins. Hw d they ask them? Please listen.
(第一次听语音部分对话时,着重让学生注意问句所用的语调。)
3. Listen and repeat the cnversatin.
4. Get the students t knw the intnatin f "Wh-questins".
T: If the questins begin with where, wh, what, hw, etc, we call them "Wh-questins". We usually use a falling intnatin. (学生了解特殊疑问句一般用降调。)
5. Practice a dialgue with different intnatin.
(利用新编的充满节奏感和趣味性的对话,让学生能够用正确地升降调读出来,巩固对不同语调的理解和使用。)
Step 2 Cartn time
1. Lk at the first picture frm the stry. Talk abut wh's in the stry and what they are ding.
2. Watch the cartn and talk abut the main idea abut the stry.
3. Read the stry again and find ut the answers t the questins. Help students understand "play happily,cheer ludly,hit hard and pur int".
4. Listen and repeat the stry. Imitate Sam and Bbby.
Talk abut smething else they can say.
5. Retell the stry tgether.
6. Wrk in grups.
Students can chse t act ut r retell the stry.
Step 3 Culture time
1. Present students tw bks. One is Aesp's Fables. The ther ne is a Chinese idim bk. Shw them sme animal stries and ask abut ther animal stries they knw.
2. Watch a vide abut the tw bks. Then check if students understand the stries well.
T: Which is nt a fable? Which is nt a Chinese idim? Please read the names f the stries. What are the idims in Chinese? (检验学生是否了解视频中介绍的部分寓言故事和中国成语的英语表达方式。)
