A radio reporter interviewed Lin Tao. Complete the conversation between Lin Tao and the reporter.

adj. + enough
enough修饰形容词通常放在其后面,修饰名词通常放在名词的前面。

save vt. 救, 救助
后可直接跟名词(短语)或代词作宾语。
save one’s life意为“救某人的命”
save ... from ... 意为“从……中救出……”
e.g. We must do all we can to save that boy’s life.
我们必须竭尽全力挽救那个男孩的生命。
The brave soldier saved a child from a burning house.
那个勇敢的战士从着火的房子里救出了一个孩子。

alone = by oneself = on one’s own 单独,独自
e.g. He is at home alone/by himself/on his own.

5. Her left leg was badly hurt and she could not get out.
hurt 可以作及物动词, 意为“伤害”, 后可接名词(短语)或代词作宾语。
e.g. She hurt her back when she fell down. 她摔倒的时候伤了背部。
He hurt his legs while playing football. 他踢球时伤了腿
hurt 也可以作不及物动词, 意为“疼痛”, 特指人身体某部位的疼痛。
e.g. My feet hurt when I walk. 我走路时脚疼。
hurt 还可以作形容词, 意为“受伤的”, 既可以作定语, 也可以作表语。
e.g. He looked at her with a hurt expression.
他带着受伤的表情看着她。
I was hurt because he lied to me.
我感到伤心, 因为他欺骗了我。

pour … over… 把……倾倒……
e.g. He poured milk over his shirt.
