My Favurite Traditinal Chinese Festival
It is a great hnr fr me t give a speech n my favrite traditinal Chinese Festival, the Dragn Bat Festival.
It falls n the 5th day f the 5th lunar mnth, in memry f Qu Yuan, a patritic pet f ancient China. As a memrial, peple usually eat zngzi, a pyramid-shaped dumpling made f sticky rice and wrapped in reed leaves. There is als a natinwide practice f having r watching dragn bat racing, where cmpeting teams drive their dragn bats frward t the drum beats. Actually it is the sprting spirit and the atmsphere f excitement displayed in dragn bat racing that makes this festival stand ut as my favrite.
As a traditinal celebratin in China, the festival is in the UNESCO ICH list nw. I believe mre peple will explre the legends and custms f the Dragn Bat Festival in the future.
