    tips 完形填空之利用“四种意识”解题

     (1)重视首句,要有推断意识

    首句是全文的关键句,也是主导句,我们可以从这个窗口领悟文章的关键信息,根据关键信息推断文章的大意及主题,从此找到一个突破口展开思维,准确答题。

    (2)通读全文,要有作者意识

    我们一定要在快速阅读文章的过程中,仔细找出能够反映作者态度和感情色彩的重要词汇,它们往往是名词、形容词、副词或动词。这些词汇通常是我们做题时重要的参照基线,可以帮助我们快速确定某些题目的正确答案。例如上文第16题,根据语境以及第四段中的“in a panic”可知,作者此时应是感到很“尴尬”。

    (3)瞻前顾后,要有结构意识

    我们主张在做完形填空的时候要合理想象,其实就是合理思考和推理,不能脑洞大开,甚至“胡思乱想”,必须“随文应变”,不可“一意孤行”,要随着文段发展脉络,调整预测偏差。

    (4)反复推敲,要有纠错意识

    题目做完后,要将选择项带入文中,反复推敲,纠错防错。

        Ⅱ.阅读七选五

    Teen Read Week is a week­long celebration of reading. The event was founded by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) in 1998 and is observed each year during the third week of October.   1   Reading for recreational purposes boosts test scores and lays the foundation for future success as an adult. Public libraries schedule events in honor of Teen Read Week. Activities can range from simple programs to well­designed events featuring special guests and refreshments (点心).

      2   During an open house, the librarian may talk about services for teens, upcoming teen programs, and the collection housed within the teen department. Often, the library will serve refreshments and give away door prizes.

    Other libraries may use Teen Read Week as an opportunity to form a teen advisory board.   3   They help the librarian develop program ideas, brainstorm improvements within the teen department, and suggest new materials to add to the library collection.

    Another potential activity for Teen Read Week includes providing a lock­in at the library. Teens spend the night in the library playing games, reading, watching movies, and eating snacks.   4 

    If the budget permits, some libraries may choose to invite a popular writer to the library.   5   They can read selections from their work, answer questions from teens, and speak about the writing process.     (2021·合肥质检)The game of Go (围棋) is an important board game with origins in China from more than 2,500 years ago.     tips 语法填空之提示词为名词、代词

    10.enemies 考查名词复数。根据空后的they可知,此处要用名词的复数形式。

    (1)所给提示词是名词时,一般考查名词单数变为复数;有时考查构词法,主要是名词转换为形容词或动词,偶尔考查转换为其他词义的名词。

    例如上文第10题,提示词为名词,根据语境提示,考查的是名词单复数的变化。名词变复数时还应注意其形式正确。

    (2)所给提示词是代词时,一般考查人称代词变为物主代词。有时需要考虑人称代词主格变宾格,单数变复数或人称代词变为反身代词。

    例如上文第4题考查的便是主格变反身代词。
