In May, 2017, heads f state frm 29 freign cuntries including Russia, Italy and Indnesia came t Beijing. What did they d in the city? The Silk Rad is a histrically imprtant internatinal trade rute between China and the Mediterranean(地中海). It began during the Western Han Dynasty and has been a bridge between East and West fr ver 2,000 years.
