Yates and his team lked at the length f telmeres (端粒)f chrmsmes(染色体)in 405,981 middle-aged adults in the UK. Their findings fllw a review and analysis f 15 studies n walking invlving almst 50,000 peple that was published this week. Amanda Paluch at the University f Massachusetts Amhers cnfirmed that daily walking imprves health and lngevity, but mre daily steps are better nly up t a pint. Fr adults under 60, Paluch shwed a daily ttal f 8,000-10,000 steps was best fr reducing risk f early death, while 6,000-8,000 steps was enugh fr the ver-60s.

写作评分说明
第一节： 应用文写作（满分15分）
文章为通知体裁，内容包括（1）比赛目的；（2）时间和地点；（3）比赛规则。如三个部分都涵盖，文体符合要求，逻辑合理，书写清楚，字数达到要求，表达无太多错误，得分则应在10分以上。注意：本次应用文分一段、两段、三段均可接受，不因分段问题扣分。
一、评分原则
1. 本题总分为15分，按5个档次给分。
2. 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求衡量、确定或调整档次，最后给分。
3. 词数少于60或多于100的，从总分中减去2分。
4. 评分时，应注意的主要内容为：
（1）内容要点的覆盖、表达的清楚程度以及合理性；
（2）使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性；
（3）上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
5. 拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。但如发现用括号表示删除的，从总分中减去1分。
6. 如字迹难以辨认，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。
