Researchers have develped an artificial intelligence (AI) system called Ithaca t help fill in missing wrds in ancient writings. Ithaca is designed t help histrians restre (复原) the writings and identify when and where they were written.

Feeding this data int the system is designed t help the tl use past writings t predict missing letters and wrds in damaged inscriptins.
