第五档：（0-2）：空白卷，或只有少数单词或句子，不能表达任何完整意思。

III．说明：

1. 内容要点可用不同方式来表达。
2. 书写较差以致影响交际扣2分。
3. 文中出现的语法、单词拼写、大小写等错误，每处扣1分，同样错误不重复计算。

How to use the Internet

Recently, the use of the Internet is becoming more and more popular with students. However, every coin has two sides, which is the same as using the Internet.

On the one hand, it is very helpful to our study. For example,when we feel tired after hours’ work, we can play computer games or communicate with our classmates and friends on the Internet to make us relax.Besides, we can broaden our eyes and find what’s going on around the world.

On the other hand, more and more teenagers are so interested in playing computer games that they get terrible grades and sometimes they even feel ill. We may make bad friends and find bad information on the Internet that are not good for both our mind and body.

So we have to use the Internet more wisely. We had better use the Internet under our parents’ direction. Use the Internet to help us deal with the problems we have. And try not to just regard it as a way to kill time but to get useful information from it.
