◎专项训练1

I still remember how I became a good table tennis player. The first day I go to high school, I saw some of my classmates playing a table tennis. Amazing at how skillful they were, I was determined to be just as good. Later in, I often watched them careful to learn their techniques. Then I kept practicing until I became confident enough challenge the good players. At the end of the term, I became one of the best player in my class.

I am really proud of this experience, though it helps me realize that we all can fulfil our potential and achieve your goals through hard work. It also helps me well understand the proverb “Practice makes perfect.” than ever.

One Sunday morning, I was riding a bicycle along the road while a car ran into a street lamp pole.  The car was serious damaged with flames shooting out from it. I, together with several passer-by, rushed to the car to offer help.

 A staff from the gas station nearby puts out the fire immediately. Another middle-aged man made up an emergency call and the incident reported to the traffic police. A driver was stuck in the disabled car. To relieve his pain and anxiety, I stood beside her to keep him well informed of the updates until the rescue team arriving. The driver was soon sent to the nearer hospital. I felt at ease because I managed to help someone in need.

Since we moved to our new home several days ago, I had been busy unpacking boxes. It’s exhausting and rewarding to stand back and see how a new home opens her arm to you. And I’m pleasing to see how everything eventual found a place to exist in. We also experienced kindness from some neighbors in your complex. I was touched a bunch of flowers and a delicate cup that some of the neighbors gifted it us. And then there was a plate of cookies appeared on our doorstep. People here are friend and we have been getting along well with each other!

I had an opportunity to climb a rock wall a few days before. When I looked up at the wall and the little things that I have to step on, I knew it was a challenge that I was going to face it. So I put on my climbing shoe and started up. About half way up, I began to feel fired but I had a belief whether I could make it. So I kept trying and finally I did get to the top of a wall. How a joy it was to be on the top with a feeling of success!

    Face a challenge can be a valuable experience in life. It makes us able learn something new and do things that we did not believe us could do.

I’m writing to inform you we would have a group activity next Sunday. The activity will take place in our school meeting room in the morning of April 6th. By reading or discussing the articles and books together, you will be able to understand the past, present and future of AI. In addition, we will explore what we can use computers to explain to the intelligence of human beings. For efficient works, we should get fully prepared, for example, surfing the Internet for relating information. Since you have good knowledge of computer science, we will surely finish the task good with your help.

My personal conditions taking into consideration, I confident think I’m qualified for the position. Firstly, I have a good command of English.  Beside, I have relevant volunteering experience. As a student, this is my responsibility to make contributions to our school. Not only can I gain knowledge can’t be got from the textbooks, but also I can improve in my ability to organize activities.
