专题04 道歉信

道歉信一般都具有一定的开放性，会为考生提供一个笼统的写作框架，需要考生自主确定具体的写作内容。要对自己的行为给对方一个合理的解释，且应注意使用委婉的语言，向对方表示出诚意，从而赢得对方的谅解。

Sample Model 01

[2016全国III]假设你是李华，与留学生朋友Bob约好一起去书店，因故不能赴约。请给他写封邮件，内容包括：

1.表示歉意；

2.说明原因；

3.另约时间。

注意：

1.词数100左右；

2.可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

思维过程

第一段：表示歉意＋交代写邮件的目的

[1]我写这封信是为了向你道歉，因为我无法和你像上周计划的那样一起去书店。

I’m writing to apologize to you for not being able to go to the bookshop with you on Sunday morning as we planned last week.  ^

第二段：解释原因＋情真意切

[2]以下是我不能和你一起去书店的原因。

Here is the reason why I can’t go to the bookstore with you.

[3]因为期末考试即将到来，我决定在家里复习功课。

Since the final exam is just around the corner, I decide to stay at home to go over my lessons.

Sentence XII. since+句子 = due to sth. / doing sth. = owing to doing sth.

Owing to reading a great variety of books, I have laid(建立) a solid foundation in language learning.

You know, I didn’t do well in the last exam. So I intend to devote all my spare time to working on my lessons in order to get good scores in the final exam.

I am afraid I’ll have no time to accompany you.

In addition, I will attend a party which aims to raise funds for wildlife protection.

第三段：再次道歉＋补救措施

Once again, I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused(造成的不便).

I am wondering if we can go to the bookstore on the second Sunday in January.

I would appreciate it if I receive your reply soon.

There are many friends of mine facing a coming English exam, which is no doubt important for them.

They wish I could give them a hand. After all, they hope to get through the exam. As a consequence, I will be busy helping them at that time.
