专题09 通知-2022年高考应用文写作分类精讲（全国通用）

通知的注意事项：

①通知开头要有标题，在正文上面正中的地方写上 NOTICE或者Notice，标题下面是正文。

②正文，即书面通知的主要内容。包括：具体的时间、地点、活动内容和注意事项。

③正文后通常还应有发通知的单位，一般写在正文的右下角。

④书面通知语言比较规范，要求用词贴切，语句简洁。通知中一般无称呼语，常用第三人称，且被动语态使用较多，如“ The class meeting will be held.’’ (班会将被举办)。

⑤通知是要求相关人员该做什么或注意什么，多用祈使句。

⑥通知中所告知的事情大部分是未进行的，多用将来时态。

口头通知用词：

Everyone should be there on time. / Please be present on time.

Be sure not to be late./ Be sure to attend it on time.

书面通知用词：

Everyone is required to be present on time. / Everybody is expected to attend it on time.
