M: I was playing with some local musicians in my town and happened to meet some other musicians from London. I ended up moving to London, and we used to play on the streets. (14)

W: You mean outside?

M: Yes, we’d play outside and sometimes people would give us money. Then, we got invited to play indoors at various places such as halls or bars. And it kind of started to take off from there.

W: What style of music do you play?

M: At the very start, on the street, I would play blues music. Then, later, I found pop got a better response. As for the record, however, I have tried a jazz style. (15)

W: And what’s next in your career? I understand you’re going to be touring shortly.

M: That’s right. Yes, the tour starts off in the UK, then Europe and finishes up in the US. (16)
