    【题型一】动词
    主要考查:注意时态和语态,常出现在总体时态为过去或现在时,中间有另一时态的现象;或是及物动词后无宾语,或是不及物动词后加了宾语;需要接 ing形式的反而接了t d等。对于这一类错误可根据上下文语境或者句子的平行结构确定动词时态。
    做动词类改错题时,总结以下几个方面:
    判断一般现在时与一般过去时是否错用;
    and, but, s, r等并列连词前后的时态是否一致;
    除了时态,还要注意主谓是否一致;
    看是否考查虚拟语气;
    看动词的形式是否正确,尤其注意第三人称单数形式是否错用;
    6、看主动语态和被动语态是否错用。
    出题形式:
    ①时态混用
    Then the truble started. We can’t pen the dr. S we asked the pliceman fr help.
    【解析】很显然,此句子主时态是一般过去式,因此应把can改为culd。
    ②主谓不一致
    There were a ftball game n TV last Saturday evening.
    【解析】原句中a ftball game决定了谓语动词必须用单数,所以应该把were改为was。
    ③固定搭配
    I have given up smke. The dg desn’t like the smell.
    【解析】give up ding sth.。因此动词smke应该改为smking。
    ④该用被动结构
    Charles and Linda were seeing near the tp f the building.
    【解析】因为从含义上看,此处谓语应用被动语态。答案是:seeing→seen
    Bks may be keep fr fur weeks.
    【解析】因此处要用被动语态。答案是:keep→kept
    【题型二】名词
    主要考查:名词单复数错误,可数与不可数名词的混用。确定名词单复数有以下几种方法:看修饰语;看主谓语的一致性;可数名词前无单数修饰语一定要用复数;看其他限制。
    出题形式:
    Helen is seventeen year ld. She is very busy.
    【解析】“年龄多大了”应该为复数形式,因此应该把year改为years。
    We stpped t rest fr a while and t drink sme waters frm a stream.
    【解析】因“水”为物质名词,不可数。答案是:waters→water

    【解析】sme time意为“某时”。答案是:times→time

    【解析】因其前有表示复数意义的修饰语lts f。答案是:questin→questins
    【题型三】形容词/副词
    主要考查:常在需要形容词的地方用了副词或相反;关系副词where,when,why等的缺失或错用。根据形容词、副词的基本用法或句意确定错误。
    做形容词或副词类改错题时,总结以下几点:
    作定语、表语、补语,用形容词;
    作状语,修饰动词、形容词、全句,用副词。如exciting与excited,hard与hardly,pssible与pssibly,here与there等;
    注意比较级与最高级的比较对象或范围;单音节形容词的比较级前,不可再加mre;
    注意many, much, a few, a little; very, s, never, hardly等修饰词的用法。
    出题形式:
    ①副词代替正确形容词出现在文章当中

    【解析】很明显“与平时相比较更忙”,因此需要把usually改为usual。
    ②形容词代替正确副词出现在文章当中
    As the time clck shwed ne minute and frty-tw secnds left in the game, she began cheering excited: “Cme n-get ging!”
    【解析】原文意思是“比赛还剩一分四十二秒时,她开始兴奋地叫道……”,显然应把excited改为excitedly,用来修饰动词cheer。
    ③需要用到比较级和最高级
    Last Sunday,plice cars hurried t the taller building in New Yrk.
    【解析】因从含义上看此处应是最高级。答案是:taller→tallest

    【解析】因为lnger本身已是比较级,不能再用mre修饰。答案是:去掉mre
    【题型四】介词
    主要考查:
    1、如果句子中不缺少主语或表语,动词后又不缺少宾语,则在名词或代词前一定是缺少介词;
    2、注意短语搭配中介词的正确使用;
    3、不该用介词的短语中用了介词,如next year常写成in the next year;
    4、某些及物动词短语中介词缺失,如lk (at), listen (t), take care (f)等;
    5、有些及物动词多加了介词,如enter the rm常写成enter int the rm; return my bk常写成return back/t my bk等;
    6、注意分清连词、副词和介词之间的区别和句法功能。
    出题形式:
    ①介词省略

    【解析】get rid f 是固定搭配,意思为“摆脱,除去”。应在rid后加f。
    ②介词多余
    My wife is als happy because f I have given up smking.
    【解析】这里显然是对because f与because用法的辨别区分。前者不能接句子,而后者充当连词可以接句子。所以应该把f去掉。
    ③介词用错(一般为固定搭配)
    I pick ut her false hair and said: “Dn’t be sad, Miss.”
    【解析】pick ut应改为pick up。pick ut是挑选的意思;pick up是捡起的意思。
    Bill insisted in staying near the car.
    【解析】insist n为固定搭配。答案是:in→n
    When they came dwn,the plice were angry t them.
    【解析】要表示“对某人生气”,习惯上用be angry with sb。答案是:t→with
    【题型五】连词
    主要考查:连接词主要包括名词性从句中的连接词,定语从句中的关系词,状语从句中的连接词,以及主从复合句和并列句中的连接词等。特别是对which和that引导定语从句、抽象名词后面常常跟that引导的同位语从句等的考查。
    做连词类改错题时,总结以下几个方面:
    1、把握前后两句话之间的衔接关系,判定是并列句、主语从句、定语从句还是状语从句,根据连接词在句中作何成分,判断正误;
    2、注意but转折、and并列、r或者选择、s因此结果等逻辑关系词之间的混用;
    3、注意althugh/thugh/while不与but连用;since/as/because不与s连用;
    4、注意but与and,and与r,r与s,after与befre,which与that,which与what等连词的用法区别。
    常考三种关系:
    but转折 and并列 because因果

    【解析】显然原文中所要表达的意思是“我们开车去的原因是我们要买好多东西”,所以应该把but改为because / as / fr。

    【解析】原文表达的意思是“通过网上聊天,学生能够更加轻松自由地表达自己的想法和观点,并且如果他们同外国人交谈,能够提高他们的英语水平”。所以前后句之间是并列关系,因该把but改为and。

    【题型六】句式
    主要考查:常考that与what或which / hw与what之间的混用。
    出题形式:
    She never has enugh time fr that she wants t d.
    【解析】原文意思是“她没有足够多的时间来做自己想做的事情”,很明显应该把that改为what。
    注意:这一形式是改错的常考点。
    We Chinese peple have always been cncerned abut which has happened in yur area.
    【解析】原文中需要一个连接词承接前后连个句子,这个连接词充当be cncerned abut引导宾语从句中的主语,所以应该把which改为what。
    【题型七】冠词
    主要考查:主要考查表示特指和泛指时冠词的使用情况。定冠词the的多余或缺失,如季节、月份、星期、球类及三餐活动、称呼头衔前等不能加the的地方加了the,或是same等常和the一起使用的词却漏掉了the;a,an的混用等。
    出题形式:
    ①冠词多余

    【解析】区分in frnt f sth.和in the frnt f sth.。
    ②冠词遗漏
    As we all left hme at early age, we met lts f prblems in ur daily life.
    【解析】“at an…age”为固定搭配词组,表示“出于……年龄”,比如“at an early / tender age”,可以
    翻译为“很小/年幼的时候”。
    ③冠词混用
    After a hur r s we began t feel very frightened.
    【解析】因hur以元音音素开头。答案是:a→an
    I decided t climb the tree t see where we were.
    【解析】因此处并非特指,而是泛指。答案是:the→a

    【解析】此处的winter hlidays属特指或者是谈话双方都知道的。答案是:a→the
    【题型八】代词
    主要能力:
    1、顺藤摸瓜,理清短文中代词的指代关系,注意联系上下文,要注意人称一致、单复数一致以及性别的一致关系;
    2、注意人称代词格的误用,以及物主代词、反身代词或疑问代词等的错用;
    3、系统掌握it的各种用法;
    4、准确把握不定代词在文中的正确使用。
    出题形式:
    ①代词多余

    【解析】lse heart泄气;丧失勇气;而lse ne’s heart(t sb. / sth.):爱上;钟情于。原文意思很明显是“别泄气”。所以应该把yur去掉。一字之差,离题千里。

    【解析】因它与其前的关系代词which语义重复。答案是:去掉it
    ②代词混用

    【解析】前后人称不一致。答案是:They→We

    【解析】因前面的the Smiths指的是“史密斯夫妇/一家”,是复数意义。答案是:his→their
    We were living in a big family. We treated each ther as brthers and sisters. If any ne f them had any difficulty, the ther wuld help him r her ut.
    【解析】原文意思是说“我们生活在一个大家庭之中,彼此间相处如同兄弟姐妹。如果我们之中谁有困难,其他人就会帮助他/她解决困难”。所以应把them改为us;把ther改为thers。
    注意:the ther表示两者之中的“另一个”;the thers表示在一个范围内的其他全部。
    ③代词遗漏
    A teacher culd make classes lively and interesting.
    【解析】应该在classes前加his,表示“使他的课堂生动有趣”。
    When we walked t the car,Bill smiled and shk head.
    【解析】汉语为“摇头”,而英语的习惯是说shake ne's head。答案是:head前加his
    【题型九】主谓一致
    主要考查:
    (1)Bill was standing at the side f the car, talking t tw men wh was helping him t repair it. was改为were,因先行词tw men是复数,所以修饰该先行词的定语从句的谓语动词也应该用复数。(全国卷)
    (2)Playing ftball nt nly makes us grw up tall and strng but als give us a sense f fair play and team spirit. give改为gives,它与makes 为平行结构,构成并列谓语动词。(全国卷)
    (3)Nw my picture and the prize is hanging in the library. is 改为 are,因主语是my picture and the prize,故谓语动词要用复数。(全国卷)
    (4)But then there is always mre mysteries t lk int. is 改为are,因其后的mysteries 为复数,故谓语动词要用复数。(北京春季卷)
    (5)But nt all infrmatin are gd t sciety. are改为is,因为主语是不可数名词infrmatin,表单数。(广西卷)
    (6)S then, a cncert cst s much. I may just listen t music. cst改为csts,因主语是单数a cncert,根据全文用的都是现在的时态,故用一般现在时。(四川卷)
    (7)If I listen t my wn recrds, there are n need t spend mney. are改为is,因为在there be结构中的be用is还是用are,由紧跟在be后的那个名词的单复数来决定,此处n need是单数,所以用is。(四川卷)
    (8)…yu will prbably want t jin the Stamp Cllectrs’ Club which exist t add mre stamps t yur cllectin. exist改为exists,因主语which是指the Stamp Cllectrs’ Club,这是单数,所以用exists。(浙江卷)
    (9)One evening she tld me that smething happened when their parents was ut. was改为were,因为主语their parents是复数,所以不用was要用were。(福建卷)
    【具体步骤】
    1.四要法
    (1)要浏览全文,把握大意。
    (2)要找出短文中的句号,把短文拆分成若干句子。短文改错不应按行去分析改错,而应以句子为单位进行断句改错。
    (3)要认真分析句子结构,从“多、缺、错”三个方面入手,进行改错。
    (4)要重新通读自己改正过的文章,进行检查。
    2.四看法
    (1) 看每行或每句有无“一致性”错误:
    ①主谓是否一致;②指代是否一致;③修饰语与被修饰语是否一致;④前后时态是否一致;⑤单复数是否一致;⑥并列连词and,r,but等前后的形式是否一致。
    看每行或每句有无“搭配”错误:
    ①动宾搭配;②动词与介词搭配;③介词与名词搭配;④固定短语等。
    看每行或每句有无“词法、语法”错误:
    ①冠词the,an,a误用;②非谓语动词的误用;③引导词误用;④形容词与副词误用;⑤时态、语态使用不当;⑥并列连词误用(and,but,r,s等);⑦名词单复数形式误用等。
    看每行或每句有无“逻辑意义”错误,如按照上下文意思本该用push的地方用了pull。
    【典例分析】

    假定英语课上老师要求同桌之间交换修改作文,请你修改你同桌写的以下作文。文中共有10处语言错误,每句中最多有两处。每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。

    5. 考查介词。“在高中”需要在地点名词前加介词in或者at,故在high schl前加in/at。
    6. 考查连词。句意:在高中学化学的时候,我重新考虑了自己的目标并决定变成一名医生。“重新考虑”与“决定变成一名医生”之间是顺承关系,不是选择关系。故将r改为and。
    7. 考查there be句型。句意:这项决定有两个原因。句中的they在前边句中找不到指代关系,且后边句子中的ne与the ther是对这两个原因的解释,故此处要用there be句型。故将they改为there。
    8. 考查形容词用法。句意:病人看完医生就会感觉好很多,对此我感到惊奇。amazed意为“(使)大为惊奇”,amazing意为“令人惊奇的”。本句话中主语为I,表示“感到惊奇”,故将amazing改为amazed。
    9. 考查形容词比较级。句中better为well(健康;身体好)的比较级形式,多音节的形容词或副词构成比较级用mre加形容词或副词,即mre不能与better连用。故将mre去掉。
    10. 考查一般过去时。本篇文章的基础时态是一般过去时,且与最后一句并列的“ne was that...”用的也是一般过去时,所以最后一句话时态应为一般过去时。讲述当时做决定时的原因。故将is改为was。
