教学过程

1. Lead-in

①Ask students like this: Suppose tomorrow is your mother’s birthday, what are you going to send her? Why?

②Ask students to make dialogues with their partners.

2. Presentation

Task 1 Language practice

①Ask students to ask and answer questions about Grandpa and themselves.

②Ask students to rewrite the sentences with the words in brackets.

③Ask students to complete the sentences with Would you like or Let’s.

④Ask students to read the emails and check (√) the true sentences.

⑤Teacher checks the answers to all the questions with the whole class.

Task 2 Grammar

①Teachers asks some students to summarize the grammar in this module.

②Teacher reviews and consolidates the grammar in this module.

Task 3 Language points

①Organize students to come to the blackboard and show out some difficult language points that they found.

②Teacher explains the language points.

Task 4 Module task

①Ask students to work in pairs and ask and answer questions about each other’s birthday party.

②Ask students to plan a birthday party for partners and describe their plans for partners’ birthday party.

教学反思

This lesson type is revision and application. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard, it mainly adopts task-based interactive teaching to open students' thinking. Through a series of organized teaching activities, it guides students to independently explore learning and interact with others in cooperative learning, so that students can experience pleasant learning.
