We frm the present cntinuus tense with the verb t be + (the base frm/the -ing frm) f the main verb.

②以不发音e结尾的动词，去掉e，加-ing

Special rules
We d nt usually use the verbs in the bx belw in the present cntinuus tense. Instead, we use them in the simple present tense.
2) 表示目前一段时间内正在进行,但说话时可能没有进行的动作，常带有this week, these days等时间状语。
①We are nt wrking n a farm these days. 这些天我们不在农场工作。
② —Are yu studying Chinese by distance learning at present?—Yes, I am. /N, I’m nt. 目前, 你正通过远程教育学习汉语吗？是的/不, 我没有。
