一、             Warm-up & Revision

1.Greetings.

2.师生对话。

T:I want to ask two questions.First,what is the weather like today?

Ss:It’s warm and sunny/cloudy…

T:Good.The next,which season does your father like best?

S1:Autumn.Because it’s a harvest season.

T：OK,very good.

  师生对话，融洽课堂气氛，同时起到了课前热身,承启新课的作用。

二、Presentation & Practice

1.学习Let’s try.。

(1)教师利用单词卡片复习关于描述天气情况的形容词。如：rainy，windy,sunny,cold…

(2)Listen to the tape and finish the exercise.

(3)Listen to the tape again sentences by sentences and retell.

(4)完整呈现听力材料，学生反复跟读模仿。

2.学习Let’s talk。

(1)播放歌曲“The Four Seasons”。

T:Do you like the music?                Ss:Yes.

T:Do you know what it is?               Ss:No.

T:Do you want to know?                Ss:Yes.

T:OK,let’s get the answer from the text.

(2)听录音回答老师问题：What is the name of the song?Which season does Mike/Wu Binbin like best?

(3)核对答案，并讲解课文。

(4)教师要求学生听录音跟读两遍。

(5)小组内分角色朗读Let’s talk部分的课文并背诵。

(6)教师创设情境，与学生进行对话。

  T:Now,I’m Mr Jones.S1 is Mike.S2 is Wu Binbin.OK.Let’s begin.（教师播放 “The Four Seasons”）

  T:Do you like the music, children?

  S1:Yes.It’s very beautiful. …

 （学生可根据自己的实际喜好，改编台词，要求模仿录音中的语音、语调）

(7)根据教师与学生的示范，选两到三组同学进行表演，以检查学生对本课对话的掌握情况，生生互评，教师评价。

(8)Do a survey.

三人一组完成课本14面下调查，并做总结说明。教师可先示范总结。如：S1 likes winter,because he can make a snowman in winter.

3.小结。

  Key words:weather,sunny,beautiful,pretty,which,season…

  Key sentences:—Which season do you like best? —I like …

  对已学知识进行复习巩固。

  逐句复述锻炼了学生的听力能力，有助提高学生听力水平。

  通过播放歌曲，营造了良好的英语课堂氛围，激发了学生学习的兴趣，降低了教学难度。

  创设情境，让学生身临其境，自然而然的用所学语言进行着交流。

  通过教师示范，学生可给自己一个定位，更容易完成任务，得到锻炼。

作业设计

1.听录音跟读并背诵Let’s talk。

2.写一篇题为“My favourite season”的作文。

3.完成相关练习。

4.预习下一课。
