- 题型解读
当遇到自己一个人无法解决的问题或困难时，向别人请求帮助时所写的信件或电子邮件被称为求助信。求助信的语气要诚恳，语言要委婉；对于对方将要提供的帮助，要提前向其表达感谢。

时态：通常以一般现在时为主
人称：通常以第一人称为主
结构与要点：点名身份并说明写信的目的；描述自己遇到的问题；表达渴望得到帮助并表示感谢。
