Teaching steps:

Step 1: Greet students.

 1. Learn the new words from page 37 to page 38.

      ① Read the words by ss.

      ② Read after the teacher.

     2. Read aloud the aims of the guide together.

     3. Look at the picture of 1a, and match the words with the things in the picture.

     4. Show ss some pictures of color．And ask ss to spell the color. Then show ss

       some pictures of clothes. Meanwhile, ask ss to say the things in English.
