I tk a jb as a receptinist fr a vet almst five decades ag. As an animal lver, I accepted the psitin n the cnditin that I wuldn’t have t assist with any wunded animals.
I culd nt bear t see any creature in pain. At the end f my first week, we were clsing the ffice fr the day when a yung man ran up t us hlding a severely injured Dberman puppy in his arms and begging us t save its life.
