教学过程

1. Lead in:

By using some pictures, teachers can ask “What do you like to do? What club do you join?” to show our learning contents.

2. Words and phrases:

①Students should learn words and phrases from the teacher. Teacher should pay attention to the pronunciation of words.

②Read together for 3 times.

③After that, play a game to help students to remember words and phrases.

3. Text:

①    Read by students themselves, and try to translate the text and find unfamiliar points.

②    Listen to the tape and students should follow it correctly.

③    Read for the third time and analyze the text by each group. Students should summarize the article.

④    Finish some exercises about the text to check students’ understanding of this text.

4. Language points:

Lead the Ss to learn the language points according to the text.

教学反思

This teaching period mainly deal with new words and reading. Students are expected to master the new words and be able to practice the expressions about School clubs. The teachers are expected to enable students to master some reading skills.
