Hw is … ging?的意思是“怎么样?”, 常用于问候对方或跟对方打招呼。在信件、明信片、电子邮件的开头我们可以利用此结构向对方表达问候。【例句】Hw is yur wrk ging? 你的工作怎么样？
此类问句的答语一般为: Great. / Pretty gd. / Nt bad. / Just s-s. /Terrible. 等。
life n. 意思是“生活”, 其复数形式为lives。因为以-f / -fe结尾的名词在变为复数形式时要将-f或-fe变为-v, 再加-es, 一般读作/vz/。【例句】I like the cuntry life better. 我更喜欢乡村生活。
