【教学目标】
1.能听懂,会说并背过tiger, bear, lion, eat, sleep, run, panda, wolf, snake, funny, heaven, mate, again等单词.
2.熟练背诵one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten这些数词.
3.能熟练掌握句型What's the … doing? The … is …
【教学重点】
tiger, bear, lion等关于动物的单词以及one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten这些数词的听,读,写.
【教学难点】
1.panda, wolf, snake等关于动物的单词的拼写,并能正确发音.
2.对句型What's the … doing? The … is …的理解和运用.
【教学方法】
情景交际教学法.
【教学准备】
多媒体课件,录音机,动物卡片.
【教学过程】
Step 1 Warming-up
Ⅰ.Let's go to the zoo.
展示动物园的图片,让学生用英语来描述自己学过或了解过的关于动物的英文名称,并用汉语指出要学习的新动物名称.
Ⅱ.复习上节课的单词和句型.
教师让学生复习panda, elephant, giraffe, monkey, short, long, trunk, tail, animal等单词,让学生进行Look at the…的问答练习.
Step 2 Presentation and practice
Ⅰ.教师用多媒体展示图片,使用句型What is it?学习单词tiger, bear, lion, eat, sleep, run.
T: What is it?
S1: It's a tiger.
T: Yes, read after me, “tiger”.
用同样的方法学习单词bear, lion.
Ⅱ.Practice.
1.朗读单词tiger, bear, lion, eat, sleep, run, panda, wolf, snake, funny, heaven, mate, again.
依次出示图片,教师领读,学生跟读.
2.练习句子Let's go to the zoo. Look at the... What's the… doing? The … is…熟练掌握.
3. 跟读课文并练习对话
3.随机抽查几组学生表演,检查一下读音是否准确,如果有不准确的,要及时给他们改正.读得好的小组给予掌声鼓励.
Step 3 Text learning
Ⅰ.看课本,听录音,跟读One, one. The zoo is fun. Two, two. Two bears at the zoo. Three, three. Three pandas I see. Four, four. Fours wolves roar. Five, five. Five snakes alive. Six, six. Six funny monkeys. Seven, seven. Birds in heaven. Eight, eight. A tiger and his mate. Nine, nine. The elephants are fine. Ten, ten. Let's sing again.
提醒学生注意他们的发音.
Ⅱ.小组内朗读单词和句型: What's the … doing? The … is …
Ⅲ.教师鼓励学生自荐到讲台展示自己的读音.
