二、 Task presentation

※1. Today we’re going to learn there be again. First please look at the pictures of the text.  What’s different between the two pictures? (课件出示)

⑴Talk about the playground. (Show the picture of a playground.)

What’s the difference? We can discribe the difference with small and big.

S: There was a small playground before.

Now, there is a big playground.

⑵Talk about the trees.

T: Look at the trees. What’s the difference? We can describe the difference with little and tall.

S: There were lots of little trees here.

Now, there are tall trees.

三．New teaching:

1.Read the sentences of “there is/are/was/were…”

2.T:Listen ,point and repeat, instruct them to understand “lots of”.

3. Compare the two pictures. Describe the change, first in groups of four, then check.
