教学过程

1. Warm up (3 mins)

Opening ceremony: T gives a short opening speech.  Announce the opening , agenda and rules.

2.  Show on (PPT5-14)

Ss perform based on their agenda. PPT 5-14 are examples:

PPT 6- 8, tic-tac-toe Game. Like play tic-tac-toe, Ss in two groups, choose a word in the box, the team guess and finish the spelling and read out loud correctly wins the box.  The team firstly get correct answer horizontally, vertically or slashed wins the game.

PPT 9-10 Treasure hunt. Ss in groups. Can be in 4-5 groups. Throw the dice, on each step, you will have a target treasure to search.  Or find the thing based on a question (and prepare the treasure hunt questions. Ss can change those questions. Or add more ).

PPT 12, Ss act the Robin hood play. And audiences answer question on the text book. Or, answer more questions and interactions with the actors.

PPT 14, Show time. Based on the sign-up form. Let Ss show up freely.

3. Summary

        In this lesson, we had a good time in an English day.

        We used games to review new words.

        We used the board game to check our reaction.

        We use play, and talents how to show your talents, and gain confidence.
