    Eat breakfast.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.A recent study has shown that those who eat breakfast will consume an average of 100 calories more during the day than their colleagues (同事) who skipped breakfast.They will also be able to concentrate better.

    Don't skip lunch.If you do soyour blood sugar level will drop and your metabolism (新陈代谢) will slow down.When you get home you are starving and eat everything you can find.

    It's not only in China.When I went abroadI found people had all sorts of strange habits when it came to food.In Denmarkthey put salted red fish on bread and eat it for dinnerno matter how much it ruins their breath.They think it's a delicacyand it's connected with their culture.I think it's a wonderful tradition.
