    The Passive Vice 被动语态1.定义 英语中有两种语态,即主动语态 (The Active Vice)与被动语态(The Passive Vice)。主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者;被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者。
    例:They make trains in Zhuzhu. (主动语态)他们在株洲制造火车。 Trains are made in Zhuzhu. (被动语态)火车是在株洲制造的。2.被动语态的基本构成 be+动词的过去分词(+by+动作执行者)。被动语态的人称、数和时态的变化通过be的变化体现出来。本模块我们主要学习一般现在时的被动语态,其构成形式是:am/is/are+动词的过去分词。
    肯定句:主语 + be + 过去分词 + (by+动作的执行者)+其他.否定句:主语 + be nt + 过去分词 + (by动作的执 行者)+其他.一般疑问句:Be +主语 + 过去分词 + (by动作的执 行者)+其他?特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词(组)+ be + 主语 + 过去 分词 + (by+动作的执行者)+其他?
    4.主动语态变被动语态(1)将主动语态的宾语变为被动语态的主语,如果原 宾语是人称代词要用主格形式;(2)谓语动词变为“be+动词的过去分词”,并通过 be的变化来表达出不同的时态、人称和数;(3)主动语态的主语变为介词by的宾语,组成介词短 语放在被动结构中的谓语动词之后。如果原主语 是人称代词要用宾格形式(有时by短语可以省略)。

    5.被动语态的用法 一般说来,有下面几种情况需用被动语态:(1) 不知道谁是动作的执行者时。 例:Salt is prduced in East and Suth China.盐产于中国的东部和南部。(2) 需要强调动作的承受者时。 例:My watch has been repaired.我的手表已经修好了。(3)没有必要提到动作的执行者时。 例:This cmpany was set up in 1987.这家公司成立于1987年。
    (4)出于委婉而避免提及自己或第三方时。 例:Yu are asked t give anther perfrmance.有人请你再表演一个节目。(5) 当动作的执行者不是人的时候。 例:We were stpped frm ging hme by a heavy rain.一场大雨阻止了我们回家。
