1. I visited my grandparents in the cuntryside. 我去看望了乡下的爷爷奶奶。a) visit 表示“拜访,看望,参观”,后面可以是宾语可以是人,也可以是地点名词。e.g. visit my teacher = call n my teacher visit yur schl = call at yur schlb) in the cuntryside 在乡下 cuntryside在此处等同于cuntry,都是“乡下,农村”之意,往往和冠词 “the” 搭配连用。e.g. We spent a pleasant day in the cuntry.
2. I fed the chickens with my grandpa. “ feed … with …词组表示“用……喂……”,此时等于“feed … n …” ,短语中feed是及物动词,其后接人或动物名词作宾语。e.g. A kid fed the mnkey n/with a banana. 那个小孩用香蕉喂猴子。 短语feed n 中的feed为不及物动词,意思是“以……为食,靠……为生”,其主语主要用来指动物,也可用于指婴儿,其宾语通常是食物或饲料名词,此时等同于live n. e.g.

3. 特殊疑问句What +(助v.) did +sb.(主语)+d(原形)…?What did Tina d n her schl trip?
1) 在一般过去时中, 原来一般现在时中的 am 和 is要改为was; are改为were;2)和一般现在时一样, 一般过去时中的动词 be在构成疑问句时, 只要把 were或was放 在主语前, 句尾加问号即可;构成否定句时, 只须在was 或were 后面加nt; was nt = wasn’t were nt= weren’t
