    1)学生能听懂、会说、认读单词:kind, shape, jelly, fruit pie, star-shaped cake, heart-shaped cake;
    2)学生能认读、理解并运用下列句型:
    What kind f cake wuld yu like?I'd like a chclate cake.
    What shape wuld yu like? I'd like that heart-shape cake.
    Can I have sme ice cream and sme jelly, please? Sure.
    2. 能力目标
    能够在真实语境中,围绕生日聚会的主题,运用所学的语言知识,进行初步交流。
    3. 情感目标
    (1)能够初步了解英语国家的学生过生日的活动和习惯。
    (2)通过情景模仿以及角色表演,发展学生的语言交际能力,培养学生良好的合作习惯和学习兴趣。
    (3)通过爱国主义教育,让学生了解中华民族是富有爱国主义光荣传统的伟大民族。

    本课是围绕生日聚会开展的,为生日聚会进行购物,是学生感兴趣的话题。只需在一定的情景下导入和操练新知,对学生来说难度不大。有关食物的单词,需要在新课前复习巩固,为新课的导入做铺垫。

    PPT , sme jelly ,chclate, sme candy, fruit pies, sme ice cream, sme different shapes f cakes.

    二.Step1. Warm-up
    Play a game:
    Review sme ld wrds: cake, chclate, ice cream, hamburger, milk , fruit, candy, juice.
    Step2. Presentatin

    Ss: Sure. I’d lve t.
    T: Guess! What d I prepare fr my birthday party?
    Present wrds: candy, jelly, fruit pie(s), ice cream
    2) T: I prepare sme mre ther things. Let’s have a lk.
    Step3. Presentatin
    1)T: I need a big birthday cake. Let’s g t the cake shp!
    S many kinds f cakes! Learn “ kind ” Present : fruit cake, chclate cake, ice cream cake, milk cake.
    2)T: I like fruit. I’d like a fruit cake. What kind f cake wuld yu like?
    3) Let Ss ask and answer in pairs: What kind f cake wuld yu like ? I’d like a … cake .
    4) T: S many kinds f cakes! S many shapes f cakes!
    Learn “ shape ”. Present : star-shaped cake, heart-shaped cake, rund cake, square cake.
    Then learn “ What shape wuld yu like ? I’d like a … cake .”
    5) Ask and answer in pairs: What shape wuld yu like ? I’d like a … cake .
    Step4. Practice
    T: Welcme t Tingting Cake Huse and buy sme cakes.
    Practise the dialgue in pairs:
    A: Can I help yu ?
    B: I want a birthday cake,please.
    A: What kind f cake wuld yu like?
    B: I’d like ...
    A: What shape wuld yu like?
    B: I’d like ...
    A: Here yu are.
    B: Thank yu.
    Step5. Game : Lucky cakes.
    Step6. Learn the dialgue
    1)Watch and answer the questins:
    1: What kind f cake wuld Lisa like?
    2: What shape wuld Lisa like?
    3: Can Lisa have sme ice cream and sme jelly?
    4: What will Mum get fr Lisa?
    2) Listen and repeat the dialgue.
    3) Practise reading the dialgue in pairs.
    Step7. Extensive activity (Make a new dialgue)

    B: Great. Let’s g!
    C: Can I help yu?
    B: I want a birthday cake, please.

    教学反思:
    本课主要学习Lisa准备邀请朋友来参加她的生日聚会,她和妈妈正在商店选购生日蛋糕和其他礼物。主要目标语言:
    What kind f cake wuld yu like ? I’d like a chclate cake.
    Can I have sme ice cream and sme jelly? Sure.
    本课是围绕生日聚会开展的,为生日聚会进行购物,是学生感兴趣的话题。因为涉及购买生日蛋糕和其他食物,复习食物单词能为新课做很好的铺垫。为此设计“打地鼠”的游戏作为热身运动,能激发学生学习英语的积极性。为了突破重点单词和句型,首先通过猜的游戏来引出和操练单词candy,ice cream,jelly,fruit pie.然后,创设我需要一个大蛋糕,要去蛋糕店买的情景,引出重点句型What kind f cake wuld yu like ? I’d like a chclate cake. What shape wuld yu like ? I’d like a heart-shaped cake. 并且通过小组操练,让学生在蛋糕店购物的情景下感知、学习和体验新知识。为了缓解学生的学习疲劳,插入Lucky cakes 的游戏,激发学生的兴趣和学习的积极性。通过课文对话的学习,加深学生对新知识的理解和情景运用。紧接着,让学生根据所学知识,创编一个购物对话,激发学生运用语言交流的兴趣,提高他们综合的语言运用能力。最后通过德育渗透(Yu are like leaves, and yur parents are like a big tree. They always give their lve t yu. When yur parents’ birthdays are cming, what will yu d?),使情感目标得到升华。并且很自然过渡到写,让学生展示他们对父母的爱。
    由于时间关系,没有来得及让学生展示他们对父母的爱。通过本课的学习,学生基本上掌握了所学知识,情感也得到了升华。
