What is the most popular body building in 2018? Plogging, which is a mash-up（混合）of jogging and the Swedish （瑞典语）“plocka upp” , meaning pick up, has come into our eyes.

The idea of plogging was created by Erik Ahlstrom, a Swedish. He was surprised by the amount of rubbish there in nature. Here is some "breaking" news: the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has added breaking into the 2024 Paris Olympic Games!
