1. Show Ss some pictures to practice the Attributive Clauses with that/who/which about Harry potter.

I prefer the books that J.K. Rowling wrote.

I like the movie that is called Harry Potter.

I like the writer that/ who wrote Harry Potter.

2. Lead in 1a.

出示关于哈利波特的电影、图书以及作者等图片，引导学生练习定语从句，导入1a。

Presentation

Work on 1a.

1.Ask Ss to fill in the chart to write names of their favorite books, movies and bands.

2. Ss work in pairs to share different answers with I like movies/book/band... that/which....

3. Read the sentences.

通过学生表达自己特别喜欢的电影、图书和乐队，进一步练习上节课所学的定语从句的表达方式。

Listening

Work on 1b,1c.

1. Show the picture of 1b to Ss to look and make them predict what Michael likes.

2. Play the tape for the first time for Ss to listen and write the three things that Michael likes in the first column of the chart.

3. Play the tape for the second time and make Ss write why Michael likes each thing in the second column of the chart in 1b. 

4.Ask Ss to listen once more and then complete the passage.

5. Read them aloud.

听过两遍听力后，学生能完成相应的听力任务，阅读这些句子。通过训练，使学生学会表达喜欢的衣服、作家、电影的特征。
