(2)熟练运用 What’s this/that in English?It’s a/an...句型询问和确认我们周围的简单事物。

当向别人提出请求时要养成使用please的习惯,学会尊重他人。
教学重难点
1.学会用“What’s this/ that in English?”问身边事物的名称,以及用“It’s ...”来回答。
2.不定冠词a和an的用法。
3.总结元音字母a,e,i,,u在单词中的读音规则。
教学过程
◆Step 1 Leading in
Students practice dialgues with the sentences they have learned befre like this:
A:Gd mrning,Bb! B:Gd mrning,Helen!
A:Hw are yu?B:I’m fine,thanks.And hw are yu?
A:I’m OK.B:What’s this in English?
A:It’s a cup.What’s that in English?B:It’s an range.
设计意图
通过对话训练,巩固前面所学的句型和单词。
◆Step 2 Listen and practice 1a
1.Students listen t the tape and read after it,understanding the meaning f the new sentence “Spell it,please”.
2.Write “Spell it,please” n the blackbard and let students read after yu.Encurage students t translate its meaning “请拼写它”。
注意:please是礼貌用词,常在向别人提出请求时使用。
◆Step 3 Listen 1b
1.Students read the wrds in 1b and spell them.Pay attentin t crrecting students’ prnunciatin.
2.Students listen t the tape and number the wrds frm 1 t 4.
注意:听力内容是一组具有简单语境的对话,教师可提醒学生捕捉到有关物品的关键词,如map,pen等,完成1b的任务。
3.Students listen t the tape again and check the answers.Then they listen and repeat.Finally they practice in pairs.
◆Step 4 Listen and repeat 1c
1.Students read the letters and wrds first.
注意引导学生去发现每一行的所有单词都含有一个同样的元音字母,并且都发同一个音。
2.Students listen t the tape and read after it.
教师可利用暂停键及时纠正学生发音,并请学生听辨出每行单词加粗字母的发音。教师应提醒学生注意/æ/ /e/ /ɪ/ /ɒ/ /ʌ/的发音要领。
3.Students read the wrds by themselves.
◆Step 5 Read 1d
1.Students read the wrds in the first clumn.(再次体会元音字母在重读闭音节的发音规律)
2.Students try t read the wrds in the secnd clumn.
◆Step 6 Listen 2a
1.Students listen t the tape and circle the wrds they hear.The teacher and students check the answers tgether.
2.Students listen t the tape again and read after it,paying attentin t their prnunciatin and intnatin.
◆Step 7 Pair wrk 2b
1.Let students lk at the picture in 2b and recgnize the things in it.
2.Set an example with a student with anything in the picture t make students understand hw t carry ut the activity.
3.Let students practice cnversatins in pairs.
4.Ask sme pairs t shw their cnversatins.
◆Step 8 Write 2c
1.Students cmplete the dialgue in 2c rally.
2.Writing activity.
在黑板上画好四线三格,教师逐一示范句子的正确写法,让学生注意印刷体和手写体的区别,手写体字母稍向左倾斜。注意提示学生句首字母要大写,单词与单词之间的间距一般为一个字母的宽度,并强调英语标点符号的写法。学生在练习本上仿写。

◆Step 9 Read and pair wrk 3a and 3b
1.Let the students read the sentences first,understand the meaning f the sentences and rerder the sentences.
2.Check the answer.
3.Students practice the dialgue in pairs.
4.Students make new dialgues in pairs.
鼓励学生在对话中尽可能多地运用所学过的句子。
5.Ask 4 pairs t shw their cnversatins.
学生互评,教师就语音、语调、语气、音量、表情、手势等进行点评。
◆Step 10 Read and chse 3c
1.First,let students try t read the wrds accrding t the prnunciatin rules f the vwel letters in the stressed pen and clsed syllables.
2.Then let students circle the ne with different vwel in each grup.Check the answers tgether.
3.Students read the wrds by themselves and realize the different prnunciatin rules f vwel letters in stressed pen and clsed syllables again.
4.Chse sme students t read the whle grup f wrds and crrect their prnunciatin.
