I always felt sorry for the people in wheelchairs（轮椅）, Some people, old and weak，cannot get around by themselves. Others seem perfectly healthy, dressed in business suits. But whenever I saw someone in a wheelchair, I only saw a disability, not a person.

Argentina in the late nineieenth century was an exciting place. Around 1870, it was experiencing an economic boom（经济繁荣），and the capital Buenos Aires, attracted many  people.
