一、含义：结果状语从句是用来补充说明主句中谓语动词发生的结果的，一般位于主句之后。常用来连接结果状语从句的连接词有：s ... that ...，such ... that ...，s that等。
e.g. The by ran s fast that I culdn’t catch up with him. 那男孩跑得如此快以至于我没赶上他。 They asked s many questins that I culdn’t answer all f them. 他们问了许许多多问题，我无法回答所有问题。
二、s ... that ...意为“如此……以至于……”，s是副词，后接形容词或副词。其常见的结构用法有：s+adj./adv.+that从句，s many/much/few/ little ... that从句。
与many/few一样，much/little有时做定语，后接不可数名词，但有时直接用作表语，后面不再接其他成分。如：
e.g. There is s much that I can’t eat up. 太多了，我吃不完。 She is s little that she can’t g t schl. 她太小了，不能去上学。
二、such ... that ... 与s ... that ...不同的是：such ... that ... 中的such后接的是名词。其常见的结构是：such (+a/an+ adj.)+名词+that从句。

s ... that ... 句型可与t ... t ... 或... enugh t ... 句型相互转换。
