    UNIT 1 A Trip to the Silk RoadLesson 3: A Visit to Xi’an设计说明首先通过询问学生是否去过西安并介绍在西安的见闻,吸引学生的注意力,并引出本课时的话题A Visit to Xi’an (西安之旅)接着,通过对大雁塔、鼓楼、钟楼、兵马俑等名胜的介绍学习本课生词,利用Lets Do It! No. 3的习题进一步对生词巩固练习然后,通过听音选图片、阅读回答问题、阅读找短语并翻译、利用图片介绍西安的名胜等环节步步深入地学习本课内容;最后,布置课下作业,要求学生在网上搜索有关西安名胜的信息与大家一起分享。本课内容以西安的名胜为主题,趣味性和现实性较强,这有利于展开课堂教学,同时,要求学生上网搜寻资料,使课堂内容与课外内容相结合,培养学生的自主学习和独立思考的能力。教学目标通过本课节的教学,学生达成以下目标:1.知识目标掌握单词:hit, ancient, ring, bell, enjoy, dish, tour, guide, move接触单词:drum, pit, sign短语和句型:welcome to, climb up, ring the bell, take photos You can walk along the wall in the Walled City.It is about 12 kilometres long and over 600 years old.No photos!2.能力目标(1)正确运用本课节的词汇、短语和句型;(2)能介绍城市的特色标志性建筑,了解西安的历史文化。3.情感目标激发热爱祖国了解祖国的热情。重点难点1.重点:学习介绍名胜古迹的单词、短语和句型。 2.难点:能准确介绍名胜古迹。教学准备PPT 课件;本课节用到的录音。授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1 Lead-inHave a free talk about Xian.T: Boys and girlsXi’an is an ancient city, and it has many places of interest. You can climb up the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. 你可以爬山大雁塔。climb动词,意为攀登,爬。常用短语:  climb up向上爬 climb down向下爬The cat is climbing up the tree.那只猫正在往树上爬。3.
