通知的写作格式

通知是应用文中较为常见的一种格式，分为书面通知和口头通知两种。书面通知较为正式，主要由标题、通知正文、发布通知的单位和发布日期组成。书面通知一般出现在布告栏或黑板上，以通知、布告、海报等形式居多，在通知正文的上方通常以Notice/NOTICE为题目。发布通知的单位和发布日期通常写在正文的右下方。

口头通知是由负责人口头传达的通知，它不如书面通知那么正式。正文部分的叙述应尽量口语化，简明扼要，把事情说清楚即可。因此，口头通知只包括通知的对象和正文两部分内容，不用写题目，也不用写落款。

需要强调的是，无论口头通知还是书面通知，一般都是宣布即将发生的事情，多用将来时。
