Unit 11 Sad movies make me cry.Section A 1a-2d 教学设计 内容分析:本课是人教版九年级第11单元的教学内容。本单元主要谈论不同事物或事件对人情绪的影响,从颜色、天气、音乐、广告、产品等方面谈论了外界事物如何影响人们的心情。要求学生掌握表达某物或某事给人带来的感觉和影响等。话题内容贴近学生生活,学生比较感兴趣。本单元的重点语言是使役动词make的三个主要结构: 一是后面接省略to的动词不定式,二是后面接形容词,三是后面接由动词过去分词变成形容词。本单元教学采用任务型语言教学模式,在完成任务的同时完成语言学习,并培养学生的语言实践能力。因此在教学中,通过设置各种环节,让学生体验各种情感,并引导他们正确处置各种情绪,尤其是要克服不良情绪的影响,健康快乐地生活。本课是一节听说课。这是本单元的第一课时,教师可回想自己经历过的气氛热烈和压抑的情景,有感情地向学生介绍自己当时的感受,从而激发学生的兴趣,让学生表达自己的感受,再通过听力和对话表演,让学生学会表达自己的情感,掌握make的用法。学情分析九年级的学生,语言感知能力比较强,对本单元的话题比较感兴趣,能积极地参与课堂,进行多方位的思考,并就那些有效地语言输出。整体设计【教学目标】学生能学会下列单词和短语:Rather, would rather, drive, drive sb. Crazy /mad, the more ...the more ... , lately, friendship, Be friends with sb., leave out学生能掌握下列句型:The loud music makes me nervous.The soft music makes me relax.3. 学生能够用目标语言描述事情对自己的影响。了解一些表达感情的词,能正确表达自己的感情,并培养学生正确处理事情,特别是不好的事情对自己的正面影响。【教学重点】重点:1.掌握本课时出现的生词。 2. 能够用目标语言描述自己的情感。 3. 掌握make的用法。重点:掌握make的用法。【按时安排】 1 课时【课前准备】准备好录音机、多媒体课件。【教学方法】任务型教学法、情景教学法、自主学习和合作学习相结合。教学设计 教学过程设计【新课导入】Step 1: Lead-inFree talk The teacher makes students recall their happy or sad experiences by telling his or her own ones.Ask students what kind of restaurant s they’d like to go and why they like them. Lead them to talk about the food, the music or the pictures on the walls in the restaurants.(设计意图:通过引导学生谈论他们喜爱的饭店,激发他们的兴趣,并稻草本课中所要使用的语言。)【新知呈现】Step 2: PresentationLook at the picture in 1a. Ask students the following questions: What can you see in the picture ? What are they talking about ?Look at the two restaurants in the picture. Which one would you like to go to ?Why do you like to go there ?( 设计意图:通过让学生观察图画并回答问题,来调动学生学习英语的热情及参与课堂的积极性,同时提高他们观察、思考及反应问题的能力,也为听力铺垫对话背景。)【新知学习】 Step 3: Listening to 1bBefore listeningWhat restaurants are mentioned in the conversation ?While listeningListen and fill in the blanks. Ask students to listen and number the pictures[1--4] in the order they hear them. Then check the answers in 2aListen for the second time. Ask students to complete the statements. Then check the answers in 2bListen for the third time. Ask students to listen and repeat for better pronunciation and intonation. After listeningRole-play the conversation between Tina and John. Julie is Alice’s best friend. But lately Nancy has been spending more time with Julie. So Alice think Julie is now better friends with Nancy and it makes her unhappy. Role-play the conversation.( 设计意图:通过听对话回答一个简单的问题,让学生对对话内容有一个总体把握;再通过第一遍阅读对话,更加深入了解对话内容;在第二遍阅读环节中,实习生对本单元的功能句有更深的理解和巩固;最后通过模仿角色表演进行语言实践,提高交际能力。) 课堂小结一、 学生展开讨论:本课重点学习了哪些重要句型 ?语言知识点有哪些?朋友烦恼事,你正确引导他们解决问题了吗?二、教师总结: 本节课我们主要学习了make的用法,如:The loud music makes me nervous. I’ve made Alice mad.学习本课后,学生应掌握make sb. + adj.的知识点。此外,我们也学会了怎样去帮助同学解决遇到的麻烦。课后作业口头作业: 听、读:模仿并背诵2d的内容。 根据2d的内容,模拟 Nancy 和Julie约Alice逛街的对话。书面作业:用2d中的重点短语造句:(1)be better friends with. (2) each time. The loud music makes me nervous.2.be better friends with each time feel /be left out 教学反思 本单元的设计体现了任务型的教学特点,通过学生感兴趣的话题restaurant导入本课内容,激发学生的学习兴趣,由易到难,让学生在逐步完成任务的时候,体验到学习英语的兴趣,完成了教学目标。本节课中存在有待改进的地方:在2d的对话教学中,因为内容繁杂,语言点较多,是部分学生无法较好地参与到Role-play环节中。 I. Yes, she was, and waiting for her drove me crazy. drive v. 迫使 drive sb.+adj.,使某人怎样drive sb. crazy/mad 使某人发疯/发狂 e.g. That thing almost drive me crazy. 那件事几乎要使我发狂了。 You’ll drive mum mad one of these days.

What happened? happen 发生,不及物动词, 常见的用法有 (1) “sth.+happen+地点/时间”,“某地/某时发生了某事” e.g. What’s happening outside? 外面发生什么事了?(2) “sth.+happen to+sb.” 意为“某人出了某事(常指不好的事发生在某人身 上)”。e.g. A car accident happened to him yesterday. 昨天他发生了交通事故。(3) “sb.+happen+to do sth.” 意为“某人碰巧做某事”e.g. I happened to meet her in the street. 我碰巧在街上遇见她。4. The more I got to know Julie, the more I’ve realized that we have a lot in common. the+比较级+从句 ,the +比较级+从句 “越……, 越……” e.g. The harder you work, the greater progress you will make. 你越用功,进步就越大。5. Why don’t you ask Alice to join you each time you do something with Julie? Why don’t +sb.+do sth.? =Why not + do sth.? 为何不……?用来提出建议或劝告。 e.g. Why don’t you go with us? Why not go with us? 你为什么不和我们一起去呢?6. Then she won’t feel left out. to be/feel left out 表示“被遗忘;被忽略;被冷落”之类的意思。 e.g. No one speaks to him, he always feels left out. 没人跟他讲话,他总是觉得被人冷落。IV. Homework1.
