Analysis f the teaching material
Unit6 Sectin B 1a-1e 是本单元的第三课时,围绕“新年计划(New Year’s reslutins)”话题展开,语言输入量多。它是学生对Sectin A中所学知识的巩固、拓展和提升运用。1a-1b通过图文匹配和对话练习帮助学生复习谈论自己将来的打算。1a中出现的短语是SectinA中未出现过的,它们为后面的1c-1d的听力材料的呈现提供了词汇储备。1c-1d以“谈论新年计划”为话题展开听力练习,自然贴切地运用了1a中刚学的词组,能让学生进一步体会目标语言在真实语境中的运用。1e是一个两人问答活动,学生可以自行组织对话,灵活度较大。 本课是Sectin B的开篇之课,也是下一课的铺垫和基础。因此,本课在整个单元中,尤其在Sectin B中地位比较重要,对学生来说,学好本课对于Sectin B后面的阅读和写作课的学习将起到极大的促进作用。
基于以上分析,本课的整体设计思路如下:
在导入环节,教师通过歌曲We Wish Yu A Merry Christmas 和介绍自己的近期打算,引出“New Year’s Reslutins”这一主题。在听前任务中设计了四个活动,分别是:Watch a vide(人机对话引出七个目标短语);Lk and say(利用课本1a中的图片强化学生的识记);Memry challenge(测试和巩固上述目标语言);Talking time(创设情境练习和运用目标语言)。听中的任务设计了两个: Listen & match 和 Listen again &write。我们把课本1c和1d的活动根据学情作了适当的调整,把1c的任务调整为任务和对应的决心连线;为了降低了1d的难度,把原来的听写句子改为听写关键词。听后的活动设计了三个:Make a reprt(根据听力活动中的两个任务让学生对三个人物的新年决心和怎么实现决心做一个报告);Share yur ideas(这是一个两人结对活动,融入了我们本课内容的三个方面what, why, hw, 在做这个对话活动之前提供给学生10 Tp Reslutins和常见的原因,这个活动为后面的Talk abut yur reslutins in 2018做出强有力的铺垫);Talk abut yur reslutins in 2018(这是一个以听促写的任务,为了降低难度,先给出一个学生写作的范本,再给出文章的框架,学生先写下来,再交流分享;同时引导学生为实现新年愿望而努力,从而在2018年做更好的自己)。课后作业的设计有两个:为了学生在写新年愿望时,设置真实的语境,所以设置了让学生润色自己的写作并发电子邮件给老师的作业;第二个作业是让学生扫描二维码再次观看我们在呈现环节给学生观看过的视频,以起到复习和巩固本课目标短语和句子的作用。
