一、虚拟语气在条件状语从句中的用法
eg:If I had time, I wuld attend the meeting. If he had hurried ,he culd have caught the train. If I were t g abrad ,I wuld g t America.
如果我是你，我就会努力学习．
如果我知道他的电话号码，我就给他打电话了．
如果明天下雨的话，我们会取消比赛．
If I were yu, I wuld wrk harder at my lessns.
If I had knwn his telephne number, I wuld have called him.

当条件从句与主句所表的时间不一 致时，虚拟语气的形式应根据实际情况作相应的调整。
If yu had fllwed my advice , yu wuld be better nw.

如果你听我的建议，你现在就会痊愈了。
如果你努力学习的话，你现在就会是大学生了。
省略句在条件句中，可省略 if，把were ,had, shuld 提到句首，变为倒装句式．

二、虚拟语气在宾语从句中的用法
(1) wish 后面的 宾语从句
现在: _________过去: _________未来: _____________________

表示一种不可能实现的愿望。
(2). wuld rather 宁愿
I wuld rather yu tld me the truth.I wuld rather yu had gne there last Sunday.
(3) 表示要求、命令、建议的虚拟语气, 用___________句型。
常见动词: 一个坚持，两个命令， 三个建议，四个要求。①______② _____________③ ___________________④ ________________________

注意：当suggest表示“___________”, insist表示“_______________”时, 宾语从句用陈述语气。

The man insisted that he had never stlen the mney.

三、虚拟语气在主语从句中的用法
It is a great pity that____________________.他居然会这样想，真是一件憾事。It is necessary that he _________________.有必要派他去北京。It’s suggested that the plan ____________________(carry ut).

在suggestin/ prpsal/ rder/ plan/ advice/ idea/ request等表示建议、命令、要求、愿望等名词后面的表语从句和同位语从句中谓语动词用(shuld) d。e.g. My suggestin is that we _____(g) there at nce.We fllwed his advice that we ______(ask) ur teacher fr help.
四、虚拟语气在表语从句和同位语从句中的用法
常会出现withut 没有... , but fr 要不是..., r/ therwise否则等词或短语表达假设的含义。主句谓语动词形式遵循if表格。e.g. Withut yur help, I culdn’t have achieved such great prgress.Tm must have left fr America yesterday. Otherwise, he wuld have cme t my party.Fill in the blanks:But fr yur warning, I ___________________(waste) much valuable time.Withut music, the wrld __________ a dull place.
