一、导入
Look at the picture in 2d and guess where it is, then talk about what the students know about Huangguoshu Waterfall.
二、目标
- Learn some new words and expressions, such as: full, How come? Swing dance, etc.
- 熟读2d对话并role-play;
- improve your listening and speaking abilities.
三、先学
- ① Students listen to the conversation and find out what they are talking about;
② Ask some students to share the answer.
2. Students listen again and answer the following questions:
(1) What kind of dance is Claire learning?
Swing dance.
(2) How often does Claire have swing dance lessons?
Once a week.
3.Students read the conversation and try to translate, underline the words or phrases they don’t understand.
四、后教
- Translate the conversation and lead the students to read it for several times;
- Explain the important and difficult points to the class.
- Language points
(1) How come? 为什么呢?
(2) What kind of dance are you learning? 你正在学哪种舞蹈?
What kind of…? 意为“哪一种……?”。
a kind of… 一种……
all kinds of… 各种各样的……
3、Well, how about Tuesday? 嗯,周二怎么样?How about…? “……怎么样呢?”,常用于询问对方的情况或征求意见、提出建议等,其后接名词、代词或动名词。
五、强化记忆
- Students practice the conversation and role-play;
- Students remember the language points.
六、当堂检测
- Students make a similar conversation to talk about with their classmates, then ask some students to share it with us.
- 完成课时练14-15页。
