The main teaching content is learning to write an article to introduce the steps of making their favorite food or the traditional foods in their hometown.二、Students AnalysisThrough the last few class, students have grasped the important grammar points and sentence patterns as well as key words in this unit, so the key points is to help students to write what they have learned.三、Teaching difficult and key points1) Review the grammar points in this unit.2) Teach them how to write correctly.四、Teaching objectivesKnowledge objectives1) Students are able to review the grammar points, including the key words and sentences patterns as well as phrases.2) Students are able to develop integrity and fluency in their writingsAbility objectives 1) Students are able to use what they have learned in their writings.2) Students are able to develop their writing and speaking ability.Emotion ability1) Students are able to increase their interest in writing discourse.2) Students are able to cultivate their cooperative spirit with each other.五、Teaching Aids PPT, Blackboard, chalk六、Teaching proceduresStep 1 Pre-writing1. Review the grammar points, including the key words, phrase and do some exercise.(Justification: Deepen their memory of grammars points and provide materials for their writing.)2. Show them pictures about the steps of making shredded pork with green pepper﹙青椒肉丝﹚and ask them to express the steps in English. Then connect these steps into an article.(Justification: Make students have a better understanding of writing.)Step 2 While-writing1.Give students some minutes to construct their writings and write down the simple steps of making their favorite foods.(Justification: Help students lay the foundation of writing composition.)2.Ask students to write an article and give students 15 minutes to complete their writings according to the simple steps of making their favorite foods they wrote before.(Justification: Develop their writing ability by writing the E-mail.)Step 3 Post-writing1.After finishing their writings, ask students to exchange their writings to their partners and correct the mistakes in their writings.(Justification: Cultivate their spirit of cooperation with each other.)2.Invite some students to read their writings to the whole class.(Justification: Develop their oral English and their ability of English expression.)Step 4 Homework1.Students revise their writings again and hand to the teacher.(Justification: Cultivate their ability of self-examination and help them point out the mistakes in the writings.)七、Blackboard layout
