课题Fun Time 1 Fun Reading课 型新授课教学目标1、通过创设情境和利用多媒体、图片使学生能够正确听懂、说出、认读explorer, fleet, explore, lizard等单词和Zheng He was a great explorer.等句式介绍历史人物和A goldfish is quite popular with children in China.等句式介绍小宠物的相关语句。2、通过本课的阅读活动初步培养学生的阅读策略,如借助图片了解短文大意;先读问题再细读文章寻找答案等。3、通过展示我国不同时期的著名探险家,帮助学生理解一般现在时和一般过去时的用法和区别。4、通过阅读,使学生了解到郑和是中国伟大的航海家,同时了解四个不同国家的代表性动物,教育学生要爱护动物。教学重点读懂本课两篇短文,能够借助图片、视频和所学单词及句型,使学生在适当的情境中基本熟练地用英语介绍郑和的简单句式,同时尽可能触类旁通地介绍其它的历史人物;并且基本熟练地用英语介绍不同国家的宠物。教学难点能够读懂两篇内容,理解、学会阅读策略获取信息。课前准备电脑 课件课时安排1课时教学环节 教 学 过 程 设 计设计意图 Pre-reading While-reading Post-readingShow some photos about traveling.Have a talk:Where did you go?Do you like animals?
