Tw years ag, a blind persn, Jrge Spielmann started the Blind Cw in the city f Zurich, Switzerland. Almst all the peple wh wrked there, as the restaurant was named, were als blind. The idea came t Spielmann while he was wrking as bartender(酒保) in 1998 at a public exhibit, where peple with nrmal sight walked thrugh cmpletely dark passages by feeling with hands tgether alng with blind peple. Then Spielmann changed an unused huse int a 60-seat restaurant.
