    Dear Editr,I was walking past a shp windw the ther day when I saw my reflectin. At first I didn't realise it was me. When I saw it was me. I felt sad as I was verweight. I didn't realise hw I lked. And nw I really want t change. I really like eating, but I realise I eat t much, and I dn't eat gd things. I want t change because I want t be able t lk at myself and feel happy with hw I lk. I als want t be healthy.
    My plan is t change my diet and exercise regularly. I will stp eating sugar, and nly eat at mealtimes rather than eating snack during the day. I will fcus n healthy fds. Then I will exercise every day. I will walk t schl and back, and n the weekend. I will g swimming I have nly been ding my plan fr a week. but I'm already starting t feel better.
